As part of the Marketing and Student Recruitment Service, the team plays a vital role in shaping first impressions, supporting informed decision-making and driving progression from enquiry through to enrolment.</p><p>We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused <strong>Course Enquiry Centre Administrator</strong> to deliver high-quality information, advice and guidance across multiple communication channels. This role combines outstanding customer service with data accuracy, insight gathering and conversion-focused activity, including support during peak recruitment periods such as Clearing. Working collaboratively with colleagues and practice partners, you will help deliver high-quality teaching, support students&rsquo; professional development and contribute to curriculum innovation.</p><p>As a Lecturer in Children&rsquo;s Nursing, you will:</p><ul type="disc"><li>Deliver engaging teaching in a range of settings including lectures, seminars and skills sessions</li><li>Contribute to module leadership and curriculum development</li><li>Support students through academic supervision, assessment and pastoral care</li><li>Supervise student projects and practice learning where appropriate</li><li>Contribute to scholarly activity and the development of evidence-informed teaching</li><li>Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare partners</li><li>Participate in recruitment activities such as open days and applicant interviews</li></ul><p>You will play an important role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment that inspires students and prepares them for contemporary nursing practice.</p><p>You will be a registrant with the NMC and be passionate about nursing education and committed to delivering an excellent student experience.</p><p>You will be expected to actively engage with professional research/knowledge exchange and scholarship to support teaching activities and extend, transform and apply knowledge acquired from scholarship and research to teaching.
