            <p>The multi-award winning University of Cumbria is a wonderful blend of old and new, founded on a rich educational history with institutions dating back more than 150 years. &nbsp;</p><p>Now is a very exciting time to be joining us because we are delivering a new strategic plan focused on making the most of our three most valuable assets; <strong>People, Place and Partnerships</strong>, to become a catalyst for economic well-being for our region, nationally and internationally.&nbsp;</p><p>We are looking to engage professionals to contribute as Teaching Associates across our teaching portfolio. Teaching Associates play a key role in both covering for temporary absences and providing specialist input in modules.</p><p>Please register your interest by completing the on-line application form, which will request information about your preferences in relation to working pattern, location and academic specialism.</p><p>Once you are registered, your details will be available to Programme and Module Leaders who will be able to contact you directly to discuss periods of work.</p><p>Regrettably we are unable to guarantee periods of work through the Teaching Associate route.</p>
