Independent Assessors for Apprenticeship End Point Assessment
The University of Cumbria is one of the largest providers of degree apprenticeships in the country and our programmes are delivered to apprentices across the whole of England.
Our client base includes NHS Trusts, BAE Systems, Sellafield, NHS Ambulance Trusts, Rolls Royce, DEFRA, The Forestry Commission.
We are looking for qualified experts in a range of subject areas to act as Independent End Point Assessors for our Integrated Degree Apprenticeship programmes. Independent Assessors will have in depth, current work experience in their subject area and hold relevant professional qualifications with evidence of continuing professional development. Professional registration will be essential for some programmes, depending on the apprenticeship standard being assessed. With experience of assessment, you will conduct assessments in line with the requirements set in the appropriate Apprenticeship Standard to judge if the apprentice is a competent practitioner in their industry.
We are seeking experts from these professional areas:
- Assistant Practitioner – Radiography pathway
- Professional Forester
- Youth Work
*we operate across multiple locations: Carlisle, Lancaster, Ambleside, Workington, Barrow in Furness and London, as well as at employer sites regionally and nationally.
