Join us as the Head of the Centre of Excellence in Paramedic Practice (CEPP); the nation's largest provider of paramedic education. Lead a team of over 90 academics serving more than 3,000 students across apprenticeships, undergraduate programs and CPD.

As the Head of CEPP, you will lead the Centre in alignment with the strategic objectives of the University and Institute of Health. This role involves driving excellence in paramedic education, managing relationships with NHS Ambulance Trusts across England and ensuring the Centre's financial and strategic alignment within the wider AHP Provision.

In this role you will provide strategic leadership and operational management for CEPP, overseeing the full educational portfolio, including a significant apprenticeship agenda. Working closely with the Director of AHP to align CEPP’s strategic and financial goals with the wider School of AHP, you will; Line-manage Principal Lecturers, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality education delivery and Enhance the CEPP’s reputation regionally, nationally and internationally, fostering partnerships and generating external funding. You will lead the development and growth of the CPD portfolio, increasing learner numbers and optimising completion and progression rates and take responsibility for financial forecasting and budget management. You will manage health and safety responsibilities across the Centre and ensure regulatory compliance and represent CEPP within the University and across external bodies, cultivating collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
