You will be the first point of contact for many library and student services enquiries, whether face to face, by telephone, by email or by other contact methods. Passionate about providing excellent customer service, you will deal with routine and non-standard enquiries in a way that meets the needs and expectations of users.
This role is based at our London campus and works as part of the local and wider library team. The role involves working Library housekeeping duties include shelving, stock checking and tidying and helping students to locate resources.
The standard working pattern is 25.5 hours per week; 8:30am - 6:30pm Wednesday – Thursday, 8:30am - 5.00pm Friday. However, there will be some variation in the number of hours worked per week at key points in the academic year.
The varying work pattern will be discussed in further detail with your line manager. The working pattern will average at 22.5 hours per week, throughout the year.
This role is based on-site due to the practical nature of the work.
